We have compiled the following information for your comfort and convenience.


All our watches are warranted by Time Japan (Willaid, inc.) for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch (“defects”). During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch, guarantees its replacement by a watch of identical or similar characteristics.

This warranty does not cover:

  • the life of the battery
  • normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating)
  • any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use.
  • indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g., the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the watch.
  • the watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g., for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition. Any further claim against Time Japan (Willaid, inc.) e.g., for damages additional to the above-described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy

We normally ship items within 3-5 days by FedEx/DHL/UPS/Japan Post EMS after the payment. The shipment is covered by full insurance.
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

In the case that a package is refused or deemed non-deliverable, and thus returned to us, return and re-shipping charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Packages which have not been delivered or picked up by the customer for 3 days will be returned to us at the customer's expense; customer will also be liable for re-shipping fees.

If an order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Time Japan. If the item is received damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it.


You can use credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Please note that you need to pay 6% extra payment fee for PayPal usage, so please let us know if you use PayPal.

How to order

(STEP1) Shopping Cart

On the product page, select the desired product.

Check the items in your cart and if you are satisfied, click the checkout button to proceed to the next step.
You can also use the "order note" field.

Warning: If you wish to pay by PayPal, or if you live in Japan, you will be charged an additional fee in addition to the price of the item. Please contact us in advance.

(STEP2) Log in

(STEP3) Designation of delivery address

Please select a shipping address.
If you are entering a new address, please select "Use new address" and enter your new address.
After entering the shipping address information, click "Proceed to Select Shipping Method.

(STEP4) Confirm shipping method

We offer free shipping.
Confirm your shipping address, and if there are no problems, click the "Continue to Payment" button.

(STEP5) Select payment method and billing address

You can choose your payment method from credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
When paying by PayPal, a 6% settlement fee will be charged in addition to the product price. Please contact us before payment.
In case of bank transfer, please make payment within 30 days from the date of order.

If you wish to specify a separate billing address, please select "Use a different billing address" and enter it.

If you want to remember your shipping address and payment method, check [ Save my information for a faster checkout ] .

When you have finished filling out the form, click the "Confirm Order" button, check the information you have entered, and then click "Pay now".

(STEP6) Order Completion

You have now completed the entire order process.
You will receive an email confirming your order after completion.
If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail within two business days, please contact us with your order number.
You will later receive an email informing you about the delivery. Please check the contents of this e-mail.

Cancellation and Return Policy


You can cancel your order before shipping. Please note that payment fee, about 6% of the item price, would not be refunded once your order is confirmed. If cancellation is caused by our reasons, you receive full refund.


We accept returns of any items within 5 days from the day it is delivered, as long as the item is “as new and unworn". Items must be in the same condition as received and must include all documentation, packaging and any other addition originally shipped. You would receive a refund after we check if items' conditions are met, and payment fee, about 6% of item price, would be charged. Also you have to pay for and arrange return shipping to us in Japan.

Japanese customer

For Japanese customers, an additional 10% sales tax will be charged.
Please let us know before purchase if you are a Japanese customer, so we change prices for you to purchase it.
